BTSQ Leader

BTSQ Leader is a six-month talent development program which utilises proven methodologies and coaching to educate and empower the participants.

The purpose of the program is to empower the participant to become effective in their current or future role as a manager of people.

This is achieved by providing information, coaching and resources to assist them on their journey, which in turn establishes a practical foundation that will ensure they benefit in their career long after the program has concluded.

This is a one-on-one coaching program of which the educational component of the program includes:

A manual with 10 independent study sessions

CD’s to reinforce the concepts and principles in the manual

A Plan of Action to record and track goals

Working tools for success as a manager
